Our company was established in 2017. Two friends, who have the heart for caring for the elderly, wanted to provide more personalized, intimate care to seniors. We always make sure that we are catering to our clients’ specific needs, educating and supporting them and their families during this time of their life.
With more than 30 years of combined experience in health care and business development, we have created an agency that offers excellent, professional service and expertise available to a variety of clients.

Director of Operations
Our Diector of Operations has been in the health care profession since college. She worked as a part-time caregiver and went on to be a certified nurse’s aide until she graduated. Maggie has a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA in health care management. She has worked in a variety of health care settings including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and in-home care agencies.
The duties have included acting as a caregiver, recruiter/trainer, staffing coordinator, and business manager. Through these roles and with more than 15 years of experience in health care office management, she has learned to manage and retain employees and look for the best team members to provide the best possible care for her clients.
“My first caregiving role was to help care for my grandmother who had a stroke and was diabetic. It was a very difficult time for my family, but I found the work fulfilling. I was able to help her live the best life she could with her diagnosis. I realized that helping others gave me a sense of satisfaction in my daily life.
I have also always known that each client is unique, and it is my job to find that caregiver that will fill the void in our clients’ lives.”

Our Director of Senior Services has more than 15 years of experience as a caregiver, certified nursing assistant (CNA), and nurse. She finished Vocational Nursing (LVN) from Brightwood College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
She has worked in different settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other areas where a skilled nurse was needed. In these roles, she has provided direct bedside care to patients/residents in Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia units.
“I have always had a heart to help others since I was young. I moved to California to help care for my niece who had cancer – Leukemia and I helped care for her through end of her life. This was a very life-changing experience for my family but also very it was rewarding to know that I was there for my niece to hold her hand and ease her fears through the end of life process.
This is when I knew I wanted to have a career in the nursing, working as a nurse is very fulfilling and I treat each client unique and every day is different. With all the experience that I have, I am excited to offer my the same hand holding for my clients and their family to make sure all their unique needs are met through JM Care Staffing.”
